In order to receive a refund or replacement of product for damage or a mistake in shipment, customers must provide proof of damage or incorrect product shipment and their order number. In the case there was damage or a mistake, Daily Crunch will be responsible for shipping expenses of new shipment, but original shipping fees are non-refundable.
